Due to the loss of the rescission motion on 25th August 2015, the Council Resolution GF23/15 passed on 28th July 2015 will now come into effect.  The changes to the Rules and Procedures will become effective once posted on Council's website.

The Code of Conduct will apply after training has been provided by Council.  Council's latest position (legal advice tabled at Council meeting of 25th August 2015) is that members are covered by the Code of Coduct.  Further to unanimous resolution by executives at the Precinct Coodination Committee on 19th August 2015, the Office of General Manager is still investigating ways of having the Code of Conduct not apply.

This and other issues relating to the amendments to previous minutes in accordance with the new precinct rules, and how the rules will apply to visitors to our meeting will be discussed at the meeting.

Come to the meeting and have your say.
